Job in Tacoma. Major house fire that had to be completely taken down to the foundation.
See the photo's and you can see that the owners & Alliance took the opportunity to add SF to the house over the left side
of the upper floor. Adding a bonus room and larger master bedroom. The owner of the house was in the military and dispatched to the war in Iraq during part of the reconstruction. While the husband was gone at war we (Alliance Restoration) wanted to do something very special for the family and go above and beyond the call of duty. We had many sub-contractors and Alliance Restoration workers donating labor hours and many vendors donating material for the cause. All said and done with
all the donations the owners received an additional 450 SF to there house for no additional cost. The husband, wife and 3 kids endured a major fire with a lot of unexpected stress and we at Alliance are very happy to turn this bad experience into a positive ending. I would like to thank all the Alliance Restoration workers and vendors for a job well done.
